    • The members of the Milford Garden Club, under the supervision of their Beautification Chairperson, Theresa Johnson, have been busy at work this spring and summer. As you drive through the Victorian village of Milford, you will see the street scapes aligned with an assortment of flowers planted in the many urns on Broad and Harford Streets. As you pass by the Rite-Aid store located on the corners of Broad and Harford Streets, take note of how the corner has been adorned with flora. The Milford Garden Club plants and maintains all the town triangles, the window boxes at the Jail House the Administration Building and Court House. You will see the members all out and about town in the early mornings and evenings watering. Milford Garden Club is celebrating its 75th year. Businesses assist the Club with donations through the year, helping the members to beautify the town. For more information on the Milford Garden Club, call Kathe Brannon, Membership Chairperson, at (570)296-1157.
