The Northeastern Pennsylvania Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure®  in conjunction with Maternal and Family Health Services, is offering free breast health services to those who qualify.  
Services offered may include: clinical breast exams, mammograms, education on breast self-exams, and follow-up diagnostic care for certain abnormal results.  
To be eligible, you should meet the following criteria: be age 40 or older; have no insurance, limited insurance or insurance with a high deductible; have low to moderate income (For example, in 2010, $26,000 annual for one person; $35,000 for a family of two; add $9,000 for each additional family member.  Income guidelines subject to change); and be a United States Citizen.

The Susan G.
