The Greater Honesdale Partnership will be offering “Heart Health”, a free health seminar to be conducted by Valerie Bell, Cardiovascular Health/Injury Prevention Nurse Consultant, PA. Dept. of Health.
This seminar will be held on March 2 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the Visitors Center, located at 32 Commercial Street in Honesdale.
Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women. This FREE, one hour seminar will discuss the importance of knowing the signs and symptoms of heart disease. Plan to attend and learn the seven simple steps for good heart health.
Everyone is invited to attend. Seating is limited and pre-registration is requested.
