State Police, Honesdale, report the arrest of Brad A. Swingle, a resident of Neville Trailer Park, Salem Township, November 22. Swingle, age 37, was charged with a felony of Aggravated Assault and other charges after allegedly aiming some type of hand gun toward a cable TV technician for disconnecting the cable. The technician had just  shut off the service for non payment, according to police.

Swingle, age 37, was charged with a felony of Aggravated Assault and other charges after allegedly aiming some type of hand gun toward a cable TV technician for disconnecting the cable. The technician had just  shut off the service for non payment, according to police.

Swingle was arrested and committed to the Wayne County prison in lieu of $125,000.  He was arraigned before Distict Judge Bonnie Carney on a felony-1 charge of Aggravated Assault and misdemeanors of Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.
