  • On Sunday, May 6 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. there will be a bowling fundraiser at Gravity Alley Bowling Alley, located at 6th and Main Street, Honesdale, next to Gravity Ice Cream.

  • On Sunday, May 6 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. there will be a bowling fundraiser at Gravity Alley Bowling Alley, located at 6th and Main Street, Honesdale, next to Gravity Ice Cream.
    Proceeds from the fundraiser will go to Autism Speaks, the nation's largest autism science and advocacy organization, dedicated to funding research into the causes, prevention, treatments and a cure for autism; increasing awareness of autism spectrum disorders; and advocating for the needs of individuals with autism and their families.
    Tickets for the event are $20 or 3 for $50, which includes the games, shoe rental, food and drink. There will be a raffle taking place and donations will also be accepted. Cookies will be sold at 3 for $1 as well.
    Tickets for the raffle will be sold at 3 for $1 or an arm's length for $5. Sponsors of the event and donating prizes include: Elegante's, Primo's Pizza, Fiesta on Main, 84 Country Store, Lake Region Fitness, 5th Avenue, Memory Lane Candy, IGA, Apple Day Spa, Brundage's, Rose Dragwa, Stepheny Rush, Hamlin Fireworks, and the Hawley Rotary.
