The Lake Speed, Speed and Agility Camp presented by Scott Gee, certified strength and conditioning specialist and teacher and coach at Wallenpaupack Area High School will once again run from July 16-19 at the high school football field.
The camp is a great opportunity for you and your young athlete to learn fun and safe ways to maximize athletic potential and build a strong foundation for the future.
The camp includes an athletic test preparation; take-home advice/strategies; basic movement circuit; game/competitions; multi-sport counselors; and a Q & A with certified trainers.
The cost is $30 for first through fourth graders; $35 for fifth through eighth grades; and $40 for ninth through twelfth graders.
For every five varsity or junior high athletes from the same sport that sign up, there will be a $5 discount, down to only $15 for the entire week.
This offer extends to any sport, any level (little league/junior Bucks/up to varsity) and for any level of the camp.
With each sport that can register as a “team,” three campers for sub-junior level (3+ campers for junior high school sport; or 5+ campers for junior high-high school) a sport specific training period will be built in, giving the camper an edge on the competition, in addition to learning the basics of athletic movement.
Pre-registration is preferred, but walk-ins are accepted.
