James A. Warner, known as “Weary” to his many friends, age 58 died unexpectantly Friday, May 25, at his home in Colorado.
Born on January 29, 1954 in Honesdale to the late Russell A. and Elsie (Swackhamer) Warner, he was a graduate of Wallenpaupack.
He is survived by Jan Lamar Warner, his long time, loving friend, companion and wife. Other survivors are three sisters, Pauline Warner of Waymart, Katherine “Kay” Keuling of Hawley, Beverly Blaine of Lords Valley; and a stepson, Jason Lamar of Oregon; as well as several stepchildren and sever nieces and nephews, who he claimed as his own children.
After cremation and services in Colorado, a memorial service for family and friends who wish to and can attend, will be held at his niece, Lynne Russell’s home in Woodledge, Hawley, on June 24 at 2 p.m.
