Rosalie Dupas Schroeder, 77, of Lords Valley, PA formerly of Little Falls, NJ passed away on July 17, 2012.
Born on August 14, 1934 in Manhattan, NY she was the loving mother of Joseph F. Schroeder and his wife Kathleen (Sanborn), Rosemary Schroeder, Lori Mordenti, Paul F. Schroeder and his wife Brenda Williams. Loving sister of Floyd Dupas and his wife Christina, Helen Morris and her husband Richard, sister-in-law Sharon Dupas, one uncle Vearl Dupas and his wife Olla. Also she is survived by ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents Francis B. and Mary Ann (Kaminski) Dupas.
She was predeceased in death by her parents Francis B. and MaryAnn (Kaminski) Dupas and a brother Frank O. Dupas.
As quoted by her granddaughter, Melisa, “Today the world lost one of the cutest little old ladies ever”. She loved polkas, parades, the casino and any stuffed animal that sang or danced (especially if it was holiday themed). She had the twinkliest eyes and the cutest laugh and she loved her family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to join in a “Celebration of Rosalie’s Life” which will be held on Sunday August 19, 2012 at the Blooming Grove Volunteer Fire Company, 484 Rt. 739 (exit 34 off route 84), Lords Valley, PA 18428 from 2 to 5 p.m. Let us join together to share a happy thought and a fond memory of a woman who was loved so much.
