  • Mokai boats raises watchful eye on Upper Delaware

  • Mokai boats, essentially a kayak with a motor, are allowed on the Upper Delaware, Carla Hahn, National Park Service, told the Upper Delaware Council (UDC) in Narrowsburg, Thursday. What aren’t allowed are personal water craft.
