    Victims Intervention Program (VIP) will be holding a candlelight vigil on Tuesday, Oct. 16 at 6:30 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Honesdale to remember individuals who lost their lives by acts of domestic violence. Call (570) 253-4401 if there are any questions.
