Central Scranton Expressway section shut down

SCRANTON - The Central Scranton Expressway is closed between the on-ramp to I-81 to Cedar Avenue as a result of damage to the Harrison Avenue Bridge. PennDOT reports that the damage appears to have been from a tractor trailer that fled the scene. Anticipated reopening is today, Friday Nov. 2 at 1 p.m.
