Fawn Lake Forest Association is collecting items for hurricane victims in Staten Island. Put items in a large garbage bag and bring it to the Clubhouse Activity Room. All donations must be delivered to the Clubhouse by Friday evening Nov. 9. Thet are being picked up on Saturday morning.
Items needed: baby food, diapers, wipes, baby powder, pet food, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, coats, shoes, blankets, flashlights, batteries, toiletries, personal feminine hygeine products, over-the-counter medicines, prepared foods, snacks, school supplies, backpacks, notebooks, etc., paper goods.
Supplies for hurricane victims on the Jersey Shore are being collected at the Lackawanna College Lake Region Center, 3rd floor, Hawley Silk Mill. Please place supplies in boxes located there.
Items needed: cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, bottled water, rubber gloves, trash bags, packahes of socks and underwear, paper bowls and plates for the shelters, toiletries (toothbrushes, shampoo, soap, etc.), First Aid kits, new pillows, cases and sheets, tents, sleeping bags, battery-operated camping lanterns, batteries, baby wipes.
