HONESDALE- Honesdale’s annual Santa Parade will take place, Friday, Nov. 23, starting at 6 p.m. beginning at Main and Fourth Streets. The show will proceed up Main Street, turn right onto Tenth Street and end at Honesdale’s Central Park.
Following the parade, there will be activities in Central Park, co-sponsored by 95.3 DNH and Classic Hits 105.3 who will light the star on Irving Cliff, the lighting of the Christmas Tree in the park and Christmas Carols.

Craft vendors will line Main Street near the pavilion on Sat., Nov. 24. People will have the opportunity to enjoy an old fashioned horse drawn carriage ride, which will depart from the corner of Main and 10th Streets, in front of the First National Community Bank, from noon to 5:00p.m.
Santa and his pal Rudolph will be strolling the streets or riding on the carriage.
There will victorian strollers promenading the streets with the Honesdale High School chorus singing carols on Main Street.
Children are invited to make Christmas cards under the instruction of local artist Lisa Macchia-Ohliger from 1l a.m. to 2 p.m. At the Wayne County Arts Alliance, 812 Main Street.
