MILFORD-New points of controversy continue to erupt over the way Pike County Army veteran Timothy Flaherty's drunken driving sentence is being handled.

A flurry of court filings this month, some revealing new details, resulted in Pike County Judge Joseph Kameen granting more time before Flaherty must appear in court, and even that decision was being disputed.
