The Cincinnati News Record reported that on December 4, 2012, a construction accident caused a blackout in the Uptown neighborhood. Duke Energy crews resolved the issue. The accident was caused by a worker operating a fork lift who knocked down a power line. Fortunately, Cincinnati electricians were able to make the repair quickly, and traffic on Calhoun Street, which was closed due to the accident, was able to move again.  View original post.
