Major delays expected on I-81

LACKAWANNA  COUNTY- From 9 a.m. to noon today (Wednesday Dec. 12), there will be alternating single lane closures on Interstate 81 South at Exit 190 (Dickson City/Main Ave) for emergency pothole repair work on the bridge, PennDOT reports.

Major delays are expected, and motorists should consider an alternate route – such as I 476 (Turnpike/toll road), if possible.
