  • DUNMORE- There will be a ramp closure at the entrance of the Central Scranton Expressway to I-81 at Cedar Avenue Scranton on Wednesday, February 6 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. for bridge beam inspections, PennDOT reports.

    Motorists are advised to use an alternative route.
