  • All That and a Bag of Kale Chips
  • Who doesn't want a salty snack every once in a while? And let's be honest, we all get that craving for something crispy that we just can't resist! But who has time or energy to burn all those calories that common store bought snacks have? Well, here's a recipe for a guilt less pleasure that you can indulge with getting a bulge.

     

    Ingredients:


    Half a Bag of Fresh Kale

    1/2 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    3 T Sea Salt

    1 T Garlic Powder

    1/2 T Curry Powder

     

    Preparation:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    Place all of the kale on a baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil

    Then sprinkle all of the spices over the kale and mix with your hands until every leaf is covered (this part gets a little messy!)

    Place in the oven and cook for about 10-15 mins or until kale turns a dark green color and is super crispy

    Enjoy you tasty snack!
