The Greater Honesdale Partnership, in conjunction with the University of Scranton, Small Business Development Center, will be hosting a free seminar, "Navigating the Affordable Health Care Act".

It will be held on Thursday, April 4, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wayne Bank’s administrative office & "main" community branch at 717 Main Street in Honesdale.

Wayne Bank, a Greater Honesdale Partnership member, is the sponsor for this seminar which is free of charge and open to the public. Advance registration is required to reserve your seat for this very informative seminar.

It will be presented by Eric Pochas, Director of Client Services at Vantagen, LLC (Vantagen is an affiliate company of ParenteBeard dedicated to Human Resources Consulting and Administrative Services). Lisa Hall Zielinski, Director of the University of Scranton Small Business Development Center will also be on hand to talk about the services available to small businesses.

The new health care act will mean many changes for businesses, both big and small.
