When a state as lightly populated as New Hampshire has a House of Representatives consisting of 400 people, I suppose it’s inevitable that at least a few of those people are going to be first-class crackpots.

Consider, for example, State Rep. Stella Tremblay (above), who apparently buys into a ZANY CONSPIRACY THEORY regarding the Boston Marathon bombings:
