A grand exhibit of local Matamoras and Westfall Township history will be on display at the Riverview Inn, Saturday, June 1, from 2 to 5 p.m.

On display will be several hundred photographs and artifacts depicting past businesses, events, people, landmarks, as well as photos of past students and graduates of the Matamoras School System- which graduated its last class in 1956.

The exhibit is being prepared by the newly formed Matamoras-Westfall Historical Society under the careful eye of the society's president, William Clark. Clark has been Historian for many years for both the Matamoras School Alumni Association and the Borough of Matamoras and has been involved with past exhibits for the Alumni Association as well as for the Borough's Centennial Celebration in 2005.

Admission is free and the public is welcome. The Riverview Inn is located on Shay's Lane in Matamoras.
