There is also a link to laughter and your mental health. Laughter helps you see things in a different perspective. Laughter helps you see things ina more realistic, less threatening light. A humorous perspective creates distance, which can help you avoid feeling overwhelmed. It also helps dissolve stressful emotions. You can’t feel anxious, angry, or sad when you’re laughing.
Want to tighten your tummy? Pop in your favorite comedy, or hang out with your funniest friend. Laughing is by far one of the greatest ways to tighten your abdominal muscles. It helps you burn off those pesky few calories you may have over-eaten at lunch today. Now, I'm not saying to put it in place of a workout, but it is a good way to keep yourself happy and healthy.
