  • The NEPA Alliance has developed a survey to gather public input on the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). As an economic roadmap, CEDS helps the region stay focused on goals and objectives that are created to spur economic growth.
    The document is also a prerequisite for any government entity within the region to qualify for Economic Development Administration funding. Anyone who lives in Carbon, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Schuylkill or Wayne Counties, or anyone who has a vested interest in the region is welcome to complete the survey.     A regional community and economic development agency, the NEPA Alliance serves the seven counties of Northeastern Pennsylvania including Carbon, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Schuylkill and Wayne.
