  • State Police Blooming Grove investigating a residential burglary, August 7th, were told about two teenage girls behaving suspiciously.
The burglary occurred sometime from July 25 through August 7, on the 170 block of Davis Circle, Pine Ridge Estate, Lehman Township.
Police were notified by the homeowner after he discovered several of his belongings missing from the home. He said that two flat screen, 32-inch television sets, a dvd player, a small tool box, a garbage can and a Daisy Powerline pump action pellet rifle, were taken.
A check of the residence revealed that the intruder(s) had forced open the sliding rear door of the house. One neighbor in the area related that he had observed two white, teenage girls with dark, shoulder length hair on the property looking in the house and garage door approximately a week and a half before. The neighbor related that the two girls looked similar to each other.
The neighbor believed that the teens live in Pine Ridge somewhere around Pocono Boulevard and Sutter Court.
Trooper Kenneth Johansson asked that anyone with information to call the State Police at (570)226-5718.
