Michael "Mike" Mancino won the Lackawaxen Township race for Supervisor Tuesday, November 5. The lone ballot candidate for supervisor, he was victorious over a write-in campaign waged by incumbent Brian Stuart, who had lost to Mancino in the spring Primary.
According to the Pike County Bureau of Elections, preliminary results show Mancino gained 459 votes, and Stuart, 320.
Broken down by precinct, in Lackawaxen-1 (polls at the Central Volunteer Fire Department), Mancino received 241 and Stuart, 115. In Lackawaxen-2 (polls at Lackawaxen Volunteer Fire Department), Mancino gained 218 and Stuart, 205 votes.
