  • Hospitality students plan benefit dinner

  • HAWLEY - Kiesendahl School of Hospitality and Tourism, which is a program offered at Lackawanna College Lake Region Center in Hawley, is hosting their second annual student dinner.
    The dinner, open to the public, is Friday April 4, at the Woodloch Springs Clubhouse.
    Callie McGinnis, who is one of the students, stated that their theme this year is “Pacific Spring Fusion”.
    The menu will consist of Pacific fusion cuisine with locally grown and raised products. The menu is still being finalized. Cocktails begin at 6 p.m. Dinner begins at 7. There will be music, a cash bar, and a raffle.
    The seniors of the Kiesendahl School of Hospitality and Tourism plan, prepare, and host the dinner. This dinner displays the students knowledge and talents. The proceeds from the dinner will benefit the Kiesendahl School of Hospitality and Tourism Scholarship Fund.
