  • State pen for felon who didn't register his whereabouts

  • MILFORD- Pike County District Attorney Raymond J. Tonkin announced the following criminal sentences were issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph F. Kameen:
     • Hassan Masi Greene, age 47, of Bushkill, was sentenced to two to four years in a state correctional facility and fined $500.00 for the crime of Failure to Comply with Registration Requirements.
     Following a 1986 conviction in New York for a Sodomy charge, as a Pennsylvania resident Green is required by law to register his residence quarterly for the rest of his life.  Green failed to register for the month of May 2013.
    • Daniel Lloyd Wilson, age 48, of Dingman’s Ferry, was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail, fined $1,000.00 and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving under the Influence.  On November 4, 2014 on Route 402 in Porter Township, Wilson was involved in a one vehicle car accident.  A blood test revealed he was operating his vehicle at the time of the crash with a .216% blood alcohol content.
    • Joseph William Otero, age 22, of Bushkill, was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail, fined $1,200.00 and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substance and Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked.  On August 28, 2013, along Milford Road in Lehman Township, Otero was found sitting in his idling car with his hazard lights flashing.  Otero explained to the responding Trooper that his vehicle was out of gas.  Otero was found to be impaired and a chemical test confirmed the presence of marihuana in his blood.
     • Anne Kristen Priebe, age 29, of Hawley, was sentenced to six months in the Intermediate Punishment Program with 30 days in Pike County Jail followed by 90 days of house arrest and had her driver’s license suspended for 18 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence.  On May 24, 2013, along Route 507 in Green Township, Priebe was pulled over by the State Police for her use of her high beams.  During the traffic stop the trooper detected the smell of alcohol.  Priebe was asked to conduct and failed the field sobriety test and refused to submit to a blood test.
