HONESDALE - The Loan Servicing Supervisor at The Dime Bank, Tracy L. Neer, has completed course work at the 2014 Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PBA) School of Banking, which was held at the Penn Stater Conference Center in State College. Neer earned honors, placing at the top of her class with a grade of 94 percent.
    A team member with The Dime Bank for almost 13 years, Neer began her career as a teller in the Damascus office and quickly advanced to senior teller before transferring to the operations side of the bank. Having held various positions in deposit operations through the years, Neer currently performs a variety of duties to support the loan servicing function and supervises the department team and daily operations. She resides in Lookout with her husband, Jim and dalmatian, Uno.
    The PBA School of Banking provides students with knowledge of the financial services industry, which can be applied in a practical manner.  
    The PBA, located in Harrisburg, is the state’s leading banking trade association representing an expansive and diverse membership. The Association offers continuing education programs, government relations representation on behalf of the industry and provides products and services for banks and their employees.
