HAWLEY- On Saturday, Aug 30th hot and spicy Mexican-Americana band, David Wax Museum plays Harmony Presents at the Hawley Silk Mill at 7:30 p.m.
This energetic band performs with auténtico strength and defiance of righteous reform while crafting Mexican rhythms and vocal phrasings so catchy, you are very likely to create your own heat on the dance floor. Don't miss this jarana-strumming, donkey jawbone-whacking, accordion-pumping sensation! “It’s a very freeing sound and its not uncommon for the band to get down on the dance floor with audiences. We’re really excited to add a little Mexican flavor to the end of summer in Hawley,” says Jill Carletti, Managing Director of Harmony Presents.
Harmony Presents concerts take place in the underground theater of the Hawley Silk Mill at 8 Silk Mill Drive off Route 6 in Hawley. Audiences are encouraged to arrive early for preferred seating. Cocoon Coffee House caters snacks, coffee, wine and beer on site prior to the shows and during intermission.
