  • DINGMAN TWP. - Ryan Foster, 27, of Sunrise Lakes, Dingman Township, was jailed after an alleged assault against a woman and her two small children. The alleged incident took place Tuesday, August 26 at 9 a.m., said State Police, Blooming Grove.

  •  DINGMAN TWP. - Ryan Foster, 27, of Sunrise Lakes, Dingman Township, was jailed after an alleged assault against a woman and her two small children. The alleged incident took place Tuesday, August 26 at 9 a.m., said State Police, Blooming Grove.
       According to Trooper Carl Ives, The woman and Foster began arguing at their residence on Sunrise Lakes. The victim left the residence with her children, ages 6 and 3. The accused then allegedly struck the victim's vehicle when she attempted to leave the location where she stopped to speak with Foster on Log Tavern Road.
       Moderate damage was done to the passenger side of the vehicle.
       The accused then traveled back to his residence in Sunrise Lakes and barricaded himself inside. After several hours of negotiations between State Police and the accused, he exited his home and was taken into custody without incident, Trooper Ives said.
       Foster was subsequently arrested and charged with three counts of Aggravated Assault, three counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person and three counts of Terroristic Threats. Foster was arraigned before District Justice Shannon Muir and sentenced to Pike County Prison in lieu of posting $60,000 bail.
