MILFORD  – Kelly Gaughan, Republican challenger to incumbent Ray Tonkin in the race for Pike County District Attorney, as accepted Tonkin’s invitation to a debate.    In both Tonkin’s challenge to a debate, and Gaughan’s response, blunt words were fired about their opponent in the race.   The time and place had not been announced as of Friday, May 1st, as the calendar heads towards the May 19th Primary.
