HONESDALE - On Wednesday, April 19, Robert “Buckshot” Jenkins and Ron Penska will be leading an Acoustic Bluegrass Jam at The Cooperage, located at 1030 Main Street in Honesdale. The jam will run from 7 to 9 p.m.

This jam is open to any musician with an acoustic instrument such as a fiddle, mandolin, banjo, guitar, bass, harmonica, tambourine, even an egg shaker. The Cooperage Acoustic Bluegrass Jam is a great place to meet new players. A note to participants: please leave your amps at home. This bluegrass jam is entirely acoustic.

You’ll find a slew of talented musicians here each month. Not a picker? The evening is fun for grinners and listeners as well. All are invited to attend, said Ryanne Jennings for The Cooperage.
