HONESDALE - Stephen Moulton, Business Operations Director for the Himalayan Institute, is the new president of the Honesdale Rotary Club. Stephen was installed on Wednesday, June 27, during a dinner at Woodloch Springs Country Club.

He said he hoped to focus his tenure on “service projects in the community, possibly joining forces with other groups such as the Jaycees and the Greater Honesdale Partnership.”  Stephen, who also received a Rotarian of the Year Award at the dinner, replaces Zachary Jennings as president. Delores Leopardi was also installed as president-elect.
The Honesdale Rotary club counts close to 40 members and is part of Rotary International, which numbers about 1.2 million members worldwide. Honesdale Rotary projects including batting cages for the Honesdale Little Baseball Association, fundraising to eradicate polio around the globe, a $5000 donation to the Lions Club to help restore the Honesdale community pool and much more. The club meets at noon on Tuesdays at Cordaro’s Restaurant, Honesdale. Meetings are open to all.
