1. WAYNE COUNTY FAIR - The 155th Wayne County Fair is set Friday, August 4 through Saturday, August 12. The fairgrounds are located one mile north of Honesdale off Route 191. Special attractions for the first three days include:

2. FESTIVAL OF WOOD - The 13th Annual Festival of Wood takes place Saturday, August 5, 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. and Sunday, August 6, 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. at Grey Towers National Historic Site, Milford. There are craftsmen and artists, children’s activities, educational exhibits, a chain saw demonstrations and music. Tours of all three floors of the mansion will be available for a $5 fee. 3. HAWLEY FARMER’S MARKET is held every Friday from mid-May into October from 2 to 6 p.m. in Bingham Park. Downtown Hawley Partnership hosts this growing event.
