BLOOMING GROVE TWP. - A Lords Valley man was arrested after a cell phone, set to record, was found in the women’s restroom at the Dunkin Donuts/Xtra Mart, PA State Police, Blooming Grove reported.

The report, issued July 27, 2017, concerns the discovery of the phone made on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2015. New information came to light in late June, 2017.

Trooper Kearney stated that an initial investigation and fingerprint retrieval produced no positive leads. On June 29, 2017, new information was developed and a search of the phone revealed secret recordings of females in the restroom at this location. These recordings and photographs occurred between the known time frame of November and December 2015.

As a result of the probe, Caitland Jared Williams, a 22 year old male from Lords Valley, was charged with the following crimes:

Sexual Abuse of Children (Attempted Photographing, Videotaping, Depicting on Computer or Sexual Acts) Sexual Abuse of Children (Attempted Child Pornography) Criminal Use of a Communication Facility Possessing Instrument of a Crime Invasion of Privacy.

Dunkin Donuts/Xtra Mart is located on Route 739, just south of Exit 34, I-84.
Further victims have yet to be identified that were captured by the accused, Trooper Kearney said.
