WHITE MILLS - Get ready to feel the surf and sun as “Catch A Wave” comes to the Wildflower Music Festival on Saturday, August 5 at 6 p.m. This energizing performance is a tribute to the great music of The Beach Boys.
This incredible show recreates the look and sound of a live Beach Boys concert circa 1964 to 1969. This group replicates the unique harmonic California sound that only The Beach Boys had. They will bring back memories with the songs such as “Barbara Ann,” “Good Vibrations,” “God Only Knows,” and “I Get Around.”
General admission tickets are $24; students 6 to 18 years are $12. There is no charge for children under six.
Only one more concert remains in the Wildflower concert series, The Cab Calloway Orchestra on Saturday, August 15.
The general admission performance begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Wildflower Amphitheater on the grounds of the beautiful Dorflinger-Suydam Wildlife Sanctuary in White Mills, between Hawley and Honesdale, PA. Guests are invited to bring lawn chairs and pack a picnic to enjoy the pristine setting. In the event of inclement weather, the performance will be held at the air-conditioned auditorium at the Wallenpaupack Area High School.
All performers and programs are subject to change. Tickets can be purchased at the gate the evening of the performance and in advance at www.wildflowermusic.org or by phone, 570-253-5500.
