POCONO PINES - The Jewish holidays are fast approaching. Congregation B’nai Harim will conduct services for each of the holidays as follows:

Wednesday, September 20 at 7:30 p.m. Rosh HaShanah eve. Thursday, September 21 at 10:15 a.m. Rosh HaShanah  (Rosh haShanah is the Jewish new year).
Tashlich 1 p.m. at Lake Naomi Club Beach  (symbolic casting away of previous sins).
Family and children’s service at 4 p.m. Friday, September 22 at 10:15 a.m. member and community Rosh HaShanah service (FREE)

Yom Kippur  (day of atonement)

Friday, September 29 at 7:30 p.m.  Kol Nidre service Saturday, September 30 at 10:15 a.m. Morning Service. This will be followed by: 2 p.m. Family and Children’s service; 2:30 p.m. Study session with Rabbi Peg; 4 p.m. Afternoon Services; 5 p.m. Yiskor service; 5:30 p.m. Neila; 6:15 p.m. Havdalah

Break The Fast will be at Lake Naomi Club House at approximately 6:30 p.m.
