HALLOWEEN PARADE in Hawley is set for Tuesday, October 31st. Lineup at 5 p.m. on Church Street near Main, next to the hotel. Kickoff is at 5:30 p.m. and heads up Main to Bingham Park. Contact the Borough Office if you would like to have a float or to march in the parade, at 570-226-9545. Costume judging and free refreshments follow at the park. New this year: Borough Council is also hosting a “Trunk or Treat” at the park. Registration is required by calling the Borough Office.

CHURCH CONCERT - First Presbyterian Church of Hawley announced that Re-Creation will perform at the 10 a.m. Sunday worship on October 29. The public is invited to attend the Sunday worship. HAWLEY FARMER’S MARKET is held every Friday from mid-May into October from 2 to 6 p.m., in Bingham Park, Hawley. Downtown Hawley Partnership hosts this growing event. Tents are set up next to the bandstand, and the playground is a short walk away.
