WESTFALL TWP. - The American Red Cross held a blood drive at Delaware Valley High School on January 24. Ninety four pints of blood were collected from students and staff. Those 94 pints now have the potential to help up to 282 recipients.
HOSA (Health Occupation Students of America) students worked at various stations at the blood drive. The Warrior Café, the cafeteria staff, custodial/maintenance, hall monitors and secretaries all worked behind the scenes to make the day successful as well.
School Nurse Stacey Tidridge said, “I am extremely proud of our students and staff for the wonderful turnout we had at the drive.”
