MILFORD -  Liliana Hendrix and Karolina Baranowski, Delaware Valley High School 2018 graduates, have received scholarships from the Pike County Chamber of Commerce.

Liliana Hendrix received $250 from the John Gouse Memorial Scholarship for a student who is pursuing higher education in business and plans to major in Business Administration at Carnegie Mellon University.

Karolina Baranowski was awarded the Sidney L. Krawitz Scholarship, $500 to a student who excels in academics, citizenship, sports, and community service. She plans to study Biochemistry (pre-Med) at Ithaca College.

The Pike County Chamber of Commerce has partnered with the Greater Pike Community Foundation, which manages these and other scholarship funds. The Greater Pike Community Foundation (GPCF) was created to enable generous individuals, families and local businesses to maximize their charitable support through organized, targeted, long-term community philanthropy.
