MILFORD – Hunger exists in your neighborhood. Many adults, children and seniors are facing food insecurities. Help feed families and individuals in your community by bringing a nonperishable donation to Belle Reve Senior Living Community to benefit Ecumenical Food Pantry of Pike County.
Throughout November, Belle Reve will be a drop off site for nonperishable food items. Bring your donations to the senior living community, located at 404 Harford St., Milford, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
To help local individuals and families in your area celebrate Thanksgiving, the Ecumenical Food Pantry of Pike County is requesting donations of mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, and stuffing. Please bring these specific items to Belle Reve before Nov. 10. Regular food donations however, will be accepted for the entire month of November.
Ecumenical Food Pantry of Pike County, located at 321 Fifth St., Milford, is a self-sustaining ministry of Good Shepard Episcopal Church. Their mission is to reduce hunger in Pike County by serving those experiencing food insecurities with weekly distributions of nutritious groceries.
