DELAWARE TWP. - PA State Police, Blooming Grove are investigating damage done to well heads on private property in Delaware Township, July 21-23.The incident occurred at Delaware Plaza off Route 739, sometime between 2:30 p.m. July 21st and 9 a.m. on the 23rd. The victim told police that he had several test wells for monitoring.
