The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission today announced that temporary off-peak lane restrictions will take place Thursday, May 15, on the Delaware Water Gap (I-80) Toll Bridge to accommodate contractors working on the bridge.
 
Weather permitting, the single-lane restrictions will occur in the left lanes in the eastbound and westbound bound directions Thursday night beginning at 9 p.m. and reopening by 6 a.m. the next morning.  The work was rescheduled from Monday night due to inclement weather.
 
The work extends by an additional day contractor work on the bridge on Tuesday and Wednesday nights that were announced last week.
 
Motorists are asked to reduce their speed and use caution as they travel through an active work zone.
