Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement announced that age compliance checks were conducted at various licensed establishments in Wayne and Pike counties, Tuesday, July 27. Supervised underage buyers are used to see if they are able to purchase alcoholic beverages.
Four establishments were checked and one was found in violation in that the underage buyer was served alcoholic beverages. The other three, which passed the compliance check, were Crazy Fingers, Paupack Twp.; Kenny’s Restaurant Inc., Lords Valley and the Cuckoos Nest (McKean/Bates Properties Inc.), east of Hawley.
