Someone stole the groceries from an elderly, disabled man as the victim was heading to his car.
A man stole the cart of groceries from the victim at about 11 am July 1 from the victim in the Wal-Mart Parking lot, according to PA State Trooper Keith Brislin. The only description given is that the man is white.
