Roger Peetz,  40, of Dingmans Ferry, was sentenced in Pike County Court before Pike County President Judge Joseph F. Kameen to a State Correctional Facility for 33 months to eight years. He was also ordered to pay a fine of $2,600, had his driver’s license suspended for three years and is ordered to pay restitution for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence, two counts of Aggravated Assault while Driving Under the Influence, Endangering the Welfare of Children, False Reports, and Restrictions on Alcoholic Beverages.

On November 5, 2008, drove a vehicle under the influence while his three children were in the car, according to court records. Peetz lost control of his vehicle causing serious injury to two of the children. His blood alcohol content was .16%.
