Ruth N. Lange, age 94, of Hawley died Monday, May 7, 2012 at home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell A. Lange, in 1990.
Regina B. Bennett, age 87, of Hawley died Saturday, May 5, 2012, at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Robert (Bob) Bennett in 2003.
Mary Elizabeth “Beth” Vogel, 74, of Paupack, died Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at Hospice Community Care in Dunmore. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Robert John Vogel. The couple married on December 29, 1962.
Phillip L. Martin, 70 of Greeley, PA passed away Monday April 23, 2012 at Community Medical Center, Scranton, PA. He was a retired Corrections Officer for Pennsylvania State Correctional Institute, Waymart, PA and a U.S. Army veteran serving from 1959 to 1962.
Jean R. Gumble, age 79, of Paupack died Friday, April 27, 2012 at home.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Zane A. Gumble.

McGinley Jr., 84 of Cleveland, Ohio, beloved husband of Geraldine L (nee Kurz); loving father of Robert, Rosemary and Peggy Seegert (Robert); treasured grandfather of Autumn Ferrall, Timothy and Ryan Jasinski and TIffany Seegert (fiance Mike Hemmert); brother of Charles, Mary Hunt, Ann and the late Edith Peets; dear uncle of many U.S. Navy Veteran WWII.

Sanford D. “Sandy” Beecher Jr. passed away peacefully on April 23, 2012 at Newton Memorial Hospital after a long battle with congestive heart failure. He was 79.
Lillian Solversen, 94, of Rowland, PA, died Friday, April 13, 2012, at Julia Ribaudo Extended Care Center in Lake Ariel. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard C. Solversen, in 1974.
Robert L. La Duca, age 66, of Tafton died Sunday, April 8, 2012 at home.
Mr. La Duca was born August 28, 1945 in Bronx, NY and was the son of the late Nicholas and Margaret I. (Esposito) La Duca.
Richard Joseph Pacchioli, Sr., 81 of Palmer Twp. and Lakeville, PA passed away Saturday April 7, 2012 in Moravian Village, Bethlehem, with his family by his side.
John J. Brooks, 72, of Hawley died unexpectedly on Wed., April 4, at home. He is survived by his wife of four years, Angela (Pesola) Brigandi-Brooks.
Nancy E. Hyers, age 80, of Tink Wig, Hawley died Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale, PA.
Mrs. Hyers was born November 2, 1931 in Philadelphia, PA and was the daughter of the late Frank V. and Anna (Young) Spangler. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank C. Hyers, III and a son, Kenneth A. Hyers.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons: Frank C. Hyers, IV of Somerville, NJ, Robert Hyers of Hawley, PA; ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
A memorial gathering will be held Monday, April 9th from 7 to 8 p.m. at Teeters’ East Chapel, 505 Church St, Hawley.
Cremation was at Lake Region Crematory in Lake Ariel.

Ralph M. Gallo of Honesdale, PA, formerly of Brooklyn, NY, a retired radio maintenance supervisor for the Port Authority of NY/NJ, passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale, PA. He was 84. The son of the late Ralph and Clara Gallo, born August 25, 1927, in Brooklyn, NY.
Clement S. Wishneski, age 80, of Tafton and formerly of Denville, NJ, died Monday, March 26, 2012 at home after an extended illness.
William August Grube, age 58, a lifelong resident of Hawley died Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale. Born October 6, 1953, in Brooklyn, NY, she was the son of Evelyn (Masthoff) Grube of Elizabethtown and formerly of Hawely and the late William G. Grube.
Richard Angermann Sr., age 71, Fawn Lake Forest, Hawley, died Thursday, March 15, 2012, at home.
John Knoll, Lackawaxen, PA, a retired owner of a telecommunications company and longtime resident of the area passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at home with his family by his side. He was 80 years old.
The Easter parade in Hawley has been scheduled for Saturday, March 31, Hawley Council member Elaine Herzog announced.
