Regina T. (Jeanne) Andrews

Services will be held Wednesday for Regina T. ( Jeanne) Andrews, 75, of Greentown, who died  Wednesday, May 13, 2009, in Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale.

Born in Pittston, daughter of the late Michael and Julia ( Talaska) Michalec. she had resided in Greentown since 1969. Jeanne worked as a water safety instructor for the Wallenpaupack Area School District for over ten years and had been employed as Social director and gift shop manager at White Beauty View Resort.

She was a member of BVM Queen of Peace Church, Hawley, Tobyhanna Newfoundland Lions Club and the Wayne-Pike Chapters of the American Cross. Her corneas were donated through the Northeastern Pa. Lions Eye Bank

Surviving are: A daughter, Patrice Farda, Tannersville; Sons, Mark Andrews, Red Cliff, Colorado, and Paul Andrews Jr., Scranton; Two grandchildren, Amanda and Jason Farda, Tannersville. She was preceded in death by a son Bruce Andrews in November 2008.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 am, Wednesday, May 20 in BVM Queen of Peace Church, Hawley. Cremation held at H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg.
