Ann Marie Leek, 64, died Monday, June 15, 2009, at Bon Secours Hospital, Port Jervis, NY.

She was born October 17, 1944, to Gaetano Caputo and Emilie Klein in Freeport, NY.

She is survived by her son William Michael Leek and his fiancé, Lori Simmons, of Swoyersville, PA; daughter Lisa Frindt and her husband, Jeff, of Tafton, PA; grand children Johnna Leek, Alex Frindt, and Kami Frindt; and her foster brother Alan Seagren of Oak Dale, NY. She is predeceased by her late husband George William Leek, Jr.

A viewing will be held from 7 - 9 pm on Friday, June 19, 2009, at the Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 W. Harford St., Milford, PA 18337.

Graveside services and burial will be held Saturday, June 20, 2009, at 11 am at the Milford Cemetery.
