Joseph T. DeSane, 55, of Woodledge Village, Hawley, died Tuesday, June 15, 2008 at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale. He is survived by his wife, Diane (Cluen) DeSane.

Born July 13, 1952 in Queens, NY he was the son of the late Robert and Mary (Puccio) DeSane. He served in the U.S. Army and he was a musician.

Also surviving is a daughter, Jessica DeSane, FL; six sons, Joseph and John of NY, Jamie and Jared of FL, and Jeffrey and Jacob of Tafton; a stepdaughter, Sharrie Hajduk of PA; nine grandchildren; a sister, Denise Schmidt; and three brothers, Frank, of NY, Robert and Steven.
